My name is Dr Tammy Orreal

I rely on evidence-based techniques to help you identify goals for change and overcome challenges so that you may make a positive difference to your happiness. Your current concerns may be casting long shadows over your life, but they do not have to dictate your future.
Therapy doesn't always need to be a big commitment - even a few sessions can go a long way.
As well as face-to-face sessions at the below address, I offer teletherapy sessions to allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home.
Medicare rebates are available upon a GP referral (up to 10 sessions per calendar year).
DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
Approved to treat workers in the NSW Workers Compensation System (SIRA Approval #23716).
Approved to treat victims under section 31 of the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 (NSW) (Accreditation Number A3438).
